Brightsparks Academy is a unique opportunity to gain ten weeks of market-leading work experience in a fast-paced and vibrant business. Designed to build both skills and confidence in its trainees, Brightsparks Academy is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be guided and supported in finding your next career move and build a portfolio of experience in one of York’s Top 100 Businesses.

Who are we looking for?
Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome, however, this course may be suited in particular to:
Graduates looking for hands-on experience in an agency environment
People looking to return to work after an extended career break
People looking to retrain in a new industry in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Non-graduates unsure where to start a career in marketing
People looking to take their first steps into a professional career
Applicants who want to use their transferable skills in a creative industry
Applicants must be 18 or over and not currently in employment or full-time education.
