Thank you to the European Social Fund for funding a FREE* 3-day course
The European Social Fund in partnership with Your Consortium and Humber Learning Consortium have provided funding for BrightSparks to run our 'Essential Skills for Working With Children and Young People' training course.
The courses will provide an introduction to working with children and young people and will cover:
- Understanding the children's workforce
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Dealing with trauma and attachment issues
- Employment and career development coaching
We will help you to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence and to consider if working or volunteering in this sector is for you. You will receive a certificate on completion, plus one-to-one careers coaching to support you to take your next steps.
*Please note: the course is FREE to people not in employment. Don't meet the criteria for a free place? Don't worry, you are still welcome to purchase a place on the course for the fee of £150.00
